An American Classical Charter School for Moore County, NC
Collaborating with The Hillsdale College K-12 Education Office, a group of Moore County, NC citizens are seeking to found a traditional classical charter school in the American tradition of K-12 education.
Working with the guidance of Hillsdale College, the team desires to begin an NC charter school based on the tried and true principles of traditional K-12 education. The focus will be on a proven classical curriculum, solid classroom instruction, and a school culture steeped in kindness, integrity, and respect. They will collaborate with local parents, community leaders, and policymakers in launching the school.

Their primary work is to advise the founding project and, after the inception, will provide teacher and leader support and curriculum to the school. All assistance is given by Hillsdale free of charge.
The school will be a NC public charter school, meaning there is no tuition. Charter school admission is random, and there is no discrimination in admissions.
